Dr. Phan Thanh Tuoi has been practising Anaesthesia and Resuscitation since 1988 at prestigious institutions such as People’s Hospital 115, Hong Duc General Hospital, and Sante Hospital, among others. He graduated from the Military Medical Academy of Hanoi in 1988. Currently, he is the Head of the Anaesthesia and Resuscitation Department at Thuan My Saigon Clinic.
